Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 weeks after your purchase.

  • Since many of our items are handmade/packed with care, please allow this processing window before your order is shipped.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

  • We offer Free UK Shipping using Tracked48, Once posted, allow 2-4 days for your item to arrive

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • Glass Angel Official is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Address Information

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.

Missing or Delayed Packages

  • While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time, delays caused by postal services or customs are out of our control.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or goes missing, please contact us at team@glassangelofficial.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

Pre-Order Processing & Shipping

  • All pre-order items are made to order.

  • Once the pre-order window closes, please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Because pre-order pieces are custom made, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on pre-order items. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and item before checking out.
